Colt supplied and installed the motorized sunshading system on the roof top. One of the advantages of this movable louvre system is its ability to be adjusted to a suitable angle for control of daylight depending on whether it is a sunny or an overcast day.

This system is also specially designed to be water-tight during rain by closing the louvres. To achieve this, an unique blade profile was used with some re-engineering on our standard motorised sunshading system. A rain sensor was also installed to closed the louvresautomatically when it rains.
On top of these features, it also has a stunning architectural effect which gives the building a characteristic look.
