The key objective here was a functional design solution to combat solar glare and heat gains, yet allowing the system to blend with the external environment.

Colt supplied and installed almost 500 m² of controllable Glass Louvres on the roof trellis. This project is significant as a "Green House Design". The external "vision out" for the occupants is not in any way impaired.

In addition, having an Engineered Smoke Control System (Smokemaster Smoke Curtain Systems) installed in the building will ensure the occupants' safety by reducing spread of smoke to allow faster evacuation.
